Becky’s story
At 262 lbs., Becky was struggling, feeling old, and knew she needed to lose weight — but never really thought of herself as obese. In some ways, she was healthier than ever. She was, after all, a cancer survivor who, at one point, had been given only 18 months to live.
With her new lease on life, she dove into celebrating with a little more food than she intended— the pounds adding up on her until she was no longer living the life she imagined.
Retired with a husband and five grandchildren she adores, Becky thought, "What am I doing? This is not how I want to live.”
"Every time I got the chance, I was lying down," she recalls. "My grandchildren are outside playing and I'm not out there with them. I would make excuses to not go to the ball game because I was too tired."
Becky committed to BODi and lost an incredible 93 lbs. In just over 3 years, she regained her energy and turned around her health with a total step-by-step solution from BODi.
A friend's life-changing call for action
Before Becky started with BODi, she had begun to feel unwell. Her doctors diagnosed her with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and prediabetes.**

But the true test of her health transformation was unexpected. Five months after reaching her goals, Becky and her husband gained custody of their two youngest grandchildren, ages 8 and 4.
Instead of being overwhelmed by the physical demands of raising two young boys, Becky found herself ready for the challenge. "I believe God put BODi in my life when he did so I would be healthy, have more energy, and be able to handle what life gave me," she reflects.
