A common story with an uncommon ending
Wade's doctor did a double-take. In just one year, Wade had dropped 116 lbs. and got absolutely shredded. Having lost 37% of his body weight in 12 months, Wade’s results went far beyond what’s typical, even with weight-loss drugs. His doctor was shocked when he revealed his secret.
The truth bomb that changed everything
At 312 lbs., Wade was severely obese and juggling several health issues. His weight had yo-yoed dramatically over the years, at one point gaining over 130 pounds.

"I had all but given up," Wade recalls. "I'd even purchased additional life insurance and completed estate planning, just in case. I didn't think I was going to be able to turn this around."
The words of his 7-year-old daughter convinced him he needed to try. She told Wade that she was embarrassed by him at school, because he was “so fat,” and other dads didn’t look like that.
“She didn’t mean to hurt me. I did this to myself. I had a responsibility as a father, and I was failing,” he says.
The next morning, Wade woke up and said, “This is it.”

These days, Wade no longer takes medications.** He sleeps like a baby, without a CPAP machine, and his energy levels are through the roof. His skin looks better, he says, and friends swear he's aging backward. His wife tells him he looks just like the 20-year-old she fell for years ago.
“My life has never been better!” exclaims Wade. “I look and feel younger, and my wife and children are proud of me.”
For Wade, life feels different now. "I've got more energy, more confidence, and I'm even working on a six-pack!" He laughs, still amazed by how far he's come.
